Returns are accepted for the majority of our products, with the exception of items properly marked at discount or as non-refundable. 

  • Personalized jewelry: Any custom, monogrammed, and engraved items.
  • All Piercing Earrings purchased online as well. 
  • Select pieces are only available for exchange or store credit. Please read specific product descriptions and details before ordering.
  • Custom orders, half-sized pieces, and engraved items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Please make sure your return is packed securely in its original packaging, as we are not responsible for any damages incurred during transit.
  • All full-priced merchandise purchased from KoruJewelers.com is eligible for a return within 15 days after delivery. Merchandise showing any signs of wear, resizing, or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender
  • To return an item for a full refund, email korujewelers@gmail.com or start your return. If you do not want to do this online, please fill out the return/exchange form at the bottom of your order invoice and enclose it with the merchandise you wish to return/exchange. Please make sure your return is packed securely in its original packaging, as we are not responsible for any damages incurred during transit. 
  • Depending on the condition of the returned item, there may be a 25 % restocking fee (i.e., if its security tag has been removed, it’s no longer eligible for return).
  • Once your return has been received and accepted, you will be notified via email. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed and credited to the original form of payment. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer free shipping on returns or exchanges. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment, excluding all shipping fees.
  • We do not accept partial returns for single products, i.e., only returning a chain or a pendant from a necklace purchase.
  • Our jewelry is very delicate. If you do not remove the jewelry tag properly, it can damage the product. Please cut the tag off – Do Not Pull the tag f you pull the tag off and your piece is damaged; as a result, the contact is happy to send you a quote for the repair.
