If you received a Koru as a gift and wish to return it, reach out to customer korujewelers@gmail.com to initiate the return process! We will email you a prepaid label (a return shipping fee of $15,00 applies). Once we receive your item, we’ll email you your refund in the form of store credit for the full purchase price, less the return shipping fee.
To be eligible for a return, the piece must be unworn, with the security tag still attached, and sent back in its original package.
Because we don’t mass produce, we don’t carry all possible sizes of each style. For this reason, considering the weight of 10k-14k-18k solid gold and labor, there is a small fee for custom-sized rings.
After selecting the desired size, if you have any other notes, you’d like to include, please do so in the “Order Notes” section in your cart.
If you would like a quarter size (.25 or .75), please select the one closest, and include the proper size in the Order Notes section in your cart. For example: select 4.5 and add a note that says 4.75

Layaway may be canceled at any time and credit store credit will be held for the money paid by the customer to Koru Jewelers in our inactive reserve account. The piece in layaway will be put back on the market. This in store credit may be use at any time on another purchase from Koru Jewelers
Monthly notice is email or text to our layaway customers with balance information and amount due. If you have any problem making the payment please notify us, (we are flexible and happy to work with you). If no payments are made in a 90 days period, your account with Koru Jewelers will be in active and the piece in layaway will be put back on the market. The monies paid on the Layaway will be placed in our in active reserve account. You may use
your reserve amount to purchase one of our other items equal to the amount you have paid us. Please include shipping fees in your final payment for order under $200.00
The 20% deposit on Lay Away is non-refundable. Refunds of payments will be via in store credit only. No cash refunds. This in store credit may be use at any time from Koru Jewelers

All of our pieces are solid 14k gold—not plated, filled or vermeil—so they are durable but & malleable. Scratches with wear are normal, and they can be more noticeable on a larger surface area over time. For up to three years, Koru Concierge Service will pay for your Koru jewelry to get repaired, polished, or even to reset a stone. We will cover the shipping costs for return as well as reshipment. Available services include: polishing, cleaning, resetting a stone, removing engraving, broken chain repairs. Please be advised that this service cannot be applied to any kinked herringbone chains. Please check the product page on how to take care of the necklaces properly. Simply add the service to your cart, and hold onto your order number to be used in the near future!
